The above rates are, inclusive of taxes and includes the following services :

1. 04 nights accommodation at respective Hotel in Kathmandu on MAP basis.
2. 02 night accommodation at respective Hotel in Pokhara on MAP basis or 02 night accommodation at respective Hotel in Chitwan on AP basis.
3. 02 international airport transfers by a non A/c coach.
4. Sightseeing as per the itinerary in Kathmandu by a non A/c coach.
5. Transfers as per the itinerary to attend the conference.

Note & remark :

Cable car tickets of Inr. 200 per person will be payable directly at the cable car station while visiting Manakamna temple.

While traveling to Pokhara / Chitwan and back, no meals are included on the highway. They will be provided at respective hotels only.

If there are 100 pax in the group, all of them cannot accommodate in the same hotel. Hence 2 properties of same categories will have to be used

Pick up from Gorakpur Railway station. Drive to Bhairwa. Cross border & check in to Hotel at Lumbini. Overnight at Hotel.

* Any expenses of personal nature such as drinks, laundry, telephone/fax calls.
* Any expenses caused by reasons beyond our control such as flight delays, rescheduling or cancellations, any accidents, medical evacuations, riots, strikes, etc.
* Any tips to drivers, hotel staff, any meals apart from the ones mentioned above.
* Any other tax or service charge that could be enforced during this period will be extra & need to borne by you.
